NADH (CoEnzyme 1).

NADH is best known for its ability to improve memory functions and learning. NADH is the active coenzyme form of Vitamin B3. NADH, also known as nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide or Coenzyme 1, is necessary for the production of cellular energy, and also effects the development of essential neurotransmitters.

NADH, a naturally occurring coenzyme found in all living cells, triggers energy production and helps supply cells with energy.

In creating additional energy for muscle and nerve cells, NADH renews tired muscles and sparks nerve cells to increase physical strength and mental focus. The brain, nerves, muscles and heart require a constant supply of NADH in order to function properly.

NADH is also important to cellular repair and the repair of DNA that has been damaged by chemical toxins, ozone, radiation and sunlight. Through research it has been found that NADH is necessary to transform the nutrients from food into energy for the body. Working as an antioxident, NADH can stimulate the production of dopamine and other neurotransmitters that control our moods, physical performance and memory.

Benefits of NADH are:
_ Improved cognitive function for people with Alzheimer’s disease.
_ Improved walking, speech and posture for people with Parkinson’s disease.
_ The ability to stimulate important neurotransmitters that control moods and sense of well-being.
_ Treatment of the symptom’s of chronic fatigue syndrome such as fatigue, impairment of short-term memory, sore throat, mild fever, sleep disturbances and deep tissue pain.
_ Improvement of jet-lag.

NADH is found in foods that contain yeast, fish, poultry and red meats.
