Blueberry Cobbler.
1/2 cup butter (1 stick)
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 egg
16 oz. blueberries
Melt 1 stick butter in a 9x13 inch baking dish. In a large
mixing bowl, add remaining ingredients with the exception of the
blueberries and mix well. Pour the blended ingredients into the
baking dish and top with blueberries. Bake 1 hour at 350
degrees.
