Reduce Stress for a Peaceful Life.
As children our parents and teachers told us to win games and do
well on tests. As we grew older, maybe we felt the pressure to
climb our way up the corporate ladder and work long hours to
please our spouses and children.
After achieving some of our goals, and failing miserably at
others, we search now simply for ways to have a peaceful life. To
reduce stress, it’s important to give up the unrealistic
expectations set up for us by parents, our children, spouses or
